If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you throughout the process.

A) Cancelling an order

  1. After you place an order with us you will receive a confirmation email describing your order number, the date of your order, your billing and shipping details. If you choose to cancel your order, you have the right to do so at any time from the point of making the order until the time the item as been dispatched (during the 24h following the order). If you wish to cancel an order you can easily do it by contacting us using the form found at the bottom of this page.
  2.  If we haven’t shipped your goods, at the time of the cancelling, you’ll be immediately fully refunded. In case the cancelling occurs while the item has been shipped, you’ll have to contact us and start a return process following our Return and Refunds Policy.

B) Returns

  1. You will have to support the costs of your return, this is valid for all countries available at checkout. 
  2. In case you didn’t like your item, or the item is faulty, or you received an item you didn’t pay for and you want to proceed with a return, contact us first using the form below. After you have contacted us, we’ll provide you with all the instructions on how to proceed with your return. 
  3.  You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  4. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Goods that are found to be in conditions unfit for return will not be refunded. Your return must contain in perfect condition all original packaging items (only applies if the item as been shipping with additional packaging, like tissue paper, bubble paper or other types of protection packaging), and, when possible, you should re-utilise the envelope/box where the item has been shipped. If this is not possible the new envelope/box should match, as much as possible, the original in type, size and weight.
  5. Any items that have been personalised or customised in any way at the time of purchase are not eligible for a refund. 
  6. Your returned item needs to have with it the receipt or proof or purchase. You can find this on the receipt emailed to you at the time of purchase.

C) Refunds

  1. Once we receive your item at our premises, we will carefully inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, on a maximum of 30 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

D) Exchanges

  1. We currently do not accept direct exchanges of products. The only way to exchange a product with us is by initialising a return process following our return policy described above, and proceed with the online purchase of a new item.

E) Changes to this Returns and Refunds Policy

  1. TUSKA reserves the right to change this Returns and Refunds Policy as we may deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by law. Any changes will be immediately posted on the Website and you are deemed to accept the Terms of Use at checkout.
